I have a charge 2 & noticed it said in the app that I had an update so I updated as instructed & it appeared to update fine then a tick appeared on my Fitbit display but wouldn't move any further than that. I've connected it to the charger & now the battery display sign is there & it wont move from that now either. When in the app on my iPhone 6 it's also saying it can't find the or pair with the charge 2. Totally lost as not very technically minded at all. Can anyone please help? TIA

@Sandra2901 Perhaps try to restart your Charge 2
