I am new to Fitbit, but everything was going well until the Fitbit app on my iPhone got to the page with the microphone with the line through it. I tapped the bar at the bottom that said "Got it." The next page was BLANK/ white with the 'thinking spiral' in the center, and I know from a YouTube Video that something was wrong at that point...BUT my watch seemed to continue as it downloaded and installed...Then it was done, but I have only 3 of the 9 items that can be tracked. I know that I am suppose to be able to pick 7, but only 3 are there. (Steps, Activity, and BPM.)
Is anyone else having this issue?? I tried to delete the app on my phone and redo my FitBit account, but it stopped the 2nd time in the same place!
Wi-fi set up fine, but the app never got to the Alexa set up page.
PLEASE HELP! 🙂 I am starting classes today, but without my watch working. 😞

Congrats on your Versa 2, and thanks for the information provided. I understand your excitement about using your new Fitbit device, and I'll be here to help you out with this. I'm just wondering if you're still having issues to setup Alexa. If so, let me know what error message is displayed on either the Fitbit app or the Versa 2 itself. Please note that this feature will work in certain countries. This can be found here.
About the items displayed on your Versa 2, you can add or remove those options by doing the following.
