Currently using the FitBit Versa with iPhone 10XR..
Everything on both devices are updated.
STILL not receiving text notifications on my Versa.
Any advice?

This has been a problem since the first IOS 13 update which happened almost 3 months ago. I spoke to representative multiple times and they advise to wait until the new Fitbit Update, which I have NO IDEA when this is going to happen. I am getting extremely frustrated!!!

Snap! I haven’t been getting notifications for anything except calls. Before this week what’s app and text messages showed up on the Versa but the watch didn’t vibrate. This week the messages don’t show up now. My Versa and XR is all up to date.
Its getting beyond a joke.

Really frustrated. In the land of development these things take time, but not this much time when you’re Fitbit for crying out loud. I’d be firing some developers and getting real ones in who can fix this. It’s absurd it’s gone this long. I won’t buy another one.

I am also frustrated and mine is still not working. I don’t receive ANY notifications. I may have leave Fitbit but no one tracks sleep as well as Fitbit.

No text messages and on-line support chat tells me nothing can be done at this time other than their team is working to “fix” the problem.... whatever that is
