All of a sudden my Versa stopped syncing to my iPhone... it last synced on Saturday... it keep searching for my Versa... please Help!

We bought 3 Versa and all having the same problem. Had them for a little over a year and getting worse. One of the 3 already died and they won't replace because it's been over 1 year. 2nd and 3rd having sync issues every day. So frustrating to buy an expensive gadget and not have any good customer service. So disappointed with this product. The HR2 was great! Lasted longer than 3 years. These are a rip off. Why should we have to pair and unpair every day?? Ridiculous. Fitbit just lost 3 customers. Thanks

Me too! Mine would sync fine at first but only last a day or two. I received notifications the first day I took it out the box (July 2019) - then they stopped and never reappeared!
I have reset the device, reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app more times than I can remember and it's still not working! This morning I woke up and it was telling me it was 1.37pm.. starting to get very fed up - I've definitely got buyers remorse!!

After receiving a replacement fitbit just under 5 months ago, the replacement has gone the same way. I have tried to pair it up with numerous devices, none of which can find my fitbit versa. This morning I decided to perform a factory reset on my versa and none of my devices can find the versa. I have sent fitbit screen shots and photos of what has happened and they are offering me a replacement fitbit. I'm really not happy with this outcome as I believe a 3rd device will go the same way. I'm so fed up and feel I have wasted a lot of money on what should have been a great product. Instead it is just a waste of plastic and metal.

So frustrating withVersa continually not syncing. You shouldn't have to do all of these steps constantly. FIX THE PROBLEM

I have this problem have followed all this advice but the only way to get it to sync is to reinstall Fitbit app. It works for a hour or two then stops syncing again. Very, very frustrating.

Yes that was my fix too, I bought a Garmin Venu. A much superior device and app. Wish I'd got that in the first place!!

I am now on a fitbit versa 2, after much complaining to the company. It was great for the first few months, but now I am not receiving any notifications from my phone to my watch. I've sent emails and whilst fitbit are aware of this issue, they have no time scale as to when this will be fixed. It's ridiculous! These watches are not cheap. We would have had better service from Apple or Samsung!
