Why has my Bluetooth connection been lost between my charge 2 that Iv ad a year and iPhone never had this problem before?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, is your tracker not showing up in the list of Bluetooth devices of your phone or is your tracker not syncing? Have you restarted your Charge 2 already? If so, please reply to me with more details about your issue, including the list of troubleshooting steps you've already tried so I can check this further and determine what should we do next.
