Won't sync

My charge 2 won't sync to my iphone. It looks like it's syncing but after a certain period it'll stop like it hasn't synced at all.

Let me help you to sync your tracker. As a first step I recommend performing the restart 2 or times in a row then follow the Syncing Troubleshoot for iOS devices.

Okay. I restarted it thrice. It showed the date along with the fitbit logo. When I tried to sync to my phone, it gave me a 403 forbidden error. I've tried to sync it multiple times. I even redownloaded the app on the app store. Yes, I have iphone.

Hmm this sounds pretty odd, thanks for trying the tips that I suggested. Please try setting it up as a new device and keep an eye on it.
