Everything was working fine until one hour ago. After numerous attempts to open it with it closing immediately, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but "Tile Migration Failed" message is the only data given.

Thanks MrMarv - toggling the airplane mode and network worked for me. I didn't have to do an app reinstall, thankfully.

Hi everyone,
My app decided to start crashing on me so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. But now, every time I try to sync my data, I keep getting an error message that says tile migration failed. Nothing shows up, I can’t even go and edit the dashboard because it’s all empty. My Fitbit it still tracking but the app shows nothing.

I turned on aiplane mode and bluetooth, opened the app, it said it wouldn't sync. I then turned off airplane mode. It appeared like the app was syncing and some of the data - like steps - did show up, but then it failed in the middle with a message saying "Failed to Sync Device"
Very frustrating.

Same thing here. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing!! I have charge 3 and it seems to work just fine. At least it gets all notifications.

Yes, removing and reinstalling the app seems to have corrected the issue but now my “friends” have been removed and I will have to invite them to connect again.

I’m having the same issue! Tried to track water and the app kept crashing, deleted app, reinstalled, now getting the tile migration error.
This is is a bit frustrating.

Tries the exact same steps. It’s stressing me out I want to review my heart rate data and can’t find the graph online! So stressful.
