i’ve had my fitbit verse since christmas of 2018 and it has been working and syncing fine until now. i went to sync my fitbit to my app after a workout and it said “tile migration failed.” i reset my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out and logged in, and removed my device from the app and made it re-sync and it still says “tile migration failed.”
if someone could help, that would be awesome!

Have you tried uninstalling an reinstalling the app it worked for me

Deleting and reinstalling the app appears to work.

Uninstalling and reinstalling causes it to now have the tile migration failed error

Actually I just restated airplane mode, opened the app, then turned airplane mode back on and it is now having no issues with syncing.
As an application developer for over 40 years, nothing much surprises me anymore.

Exactly the same problem. It started with the app crashing non-stop. I’ve then:
1) closed the app and then tried to reopen. It didn’t work.
2) restarted the phone. It didn’t work.
3) force restarted the phone. No luck.
4) uninstalled the app and downloaded it again. Then I got to the nice “tile migration failed”. The app doesn’t crash, but it is all blank.
I’ve logged in my account and I see that there is data there.

I’ve had the same issue but just gone back into the App Store and found there’s now an update- app works fine now

I am having this same issue. A box pops up saying “tile migration failed” Please let me know. I was just using it a few minutes ago while on the phone with Fitbit about my versa not working. Now the app won’t load. I turned off my phone and back on, I have all the updated software for my IOS.

I’m having same issue! Just started maybe an hour ago. Clicked on the app and screen goes black. I have restarted phone twice and uninstalled app and reinstalled and now it states “tile mitigation failed” and none of my information is on screen. Click on “discover” and “tile mitigation failed” message appears again
