Best AnswerMe too! I’ve just received a replacement HR3 and wondered if it was the new device that caused it. Thankfully I’m not alone!
Best AnswerHey so i just got my versa last week and now nothing is sinking with the phone or versa I’ve tried deleting the app, re starting my phone and the versa, removing the versa and re connecting it all it says is tile migration failed all the time
Just got off the phone with them. Some problem with a new iodate they pushed out earlier today. They said they are working on it and it should be resolved soon.
Exact same problem here, IOS 12.3.1, IPhone 8, cellular or WiFi, latest (new look) Fitbit app.
Best AnswerSame here. The app kept shutting down, so I tried reinstalling it and now it says "tile migration failed".
Best AnswerExact same as me. When I was checking my progress it just kept shutting down. So I restarted my phone (iPhone 😎 but not change. So deleted the app and relogged I’m but getting same tile migration failed error!!
Best AnswerI am having same issue. Using Charge 3 and app closes immediately when I have bluetooth connected and try to sync.
Using iPhone 8 software 12.3.1 and iPad 9.7" (6th generation) software 12.3.1 - crashes on both.
Please, please, please go back to the old app. I am all for change if it is better, but this is clearly not. I have had nothing but problems and the interface isn't as user-friendly as the old version.
And me too - and only had my Fitbit 3 days 😞
Best AnswerThanks for the update!!
Best Answeralso forgot to mention I have rebooted the devices and tried again - same issue - app immediately closes
My "airplane mode fix" only worked for a few minutes. To me this points to a server issue and not an app issue.
I'm going to wait it out.
I was having trouble with the app loading, kept kicking me back to my home screen so I decided to delete the app and download again. Once I’d done this it asked me to login again but it didn’t recognise my password (I know what I was entering was correct as I haven’t had the Fitbit for that long) so I had to reset. Now when I click on the app I get a warning saying ‘Tile Migration Failed’ and I cant see any tiles on the app at all...
Anyone else having/had this problem? What can I do to get the tiles back in the app?
I have an iPhone, it’s all up to date and the Fitbit app itself is the updated version!
