Hello everyone. Thank you for your patience with this. Our team has solved the issue. If you still see the error message or the data is still missing then please log out or quit the app and log back in. I would add that you could restart your phone before logging back in. Already several members have mentioned that this worked for them.

I am using Fitbit 2.95 (839) on iOS 12.3.1, syncing with Charge 3. In the last month or two the app has been inconsistently crashing when I open it. The app opens briefly then iOS returns me to the iOS home screen. When I try to open the app again it then usually works. I have reinstalled the app and restarted the phone with no improvement. No other apps have this issue. Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the information provided. You've done a fantastic job with the troubleshooting steps! While this happens inconsistently, may I know if your phone is connected to WiFi or mobile data? Also, may I know your iPhone's model? Also, please try to force quit any app that has been opened on your phone, and open the Fitbit app. Let me know how it goes.

Best AnswerThe issue occurs when using both wifi and mobile data. I am using an iPhone 8. I had force quit all apps yesterday and the issue occurred again today. This time it occurred during the sync process.
Best AnswerThis morning my app kept crashing when I tried to open it. I then deleted and re-installed, and now it opens, but just says “Tile Migration Fail” after attempting to sync. The dashboard screen is basically blank. Anyone else experiencing this? Or have an idea what to do to fix it?
Mine erased data yesterday and yes mine is giving me the same error message
Best AnswerWhen I open the app, I receive an error message that says “tile migration failed” and my dashboard is blank. When I refresh the dashboard, my Charge 2 is still able to sync, but no tiles or data are visible. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue continued to happen. I am having the same problem. The app started crashing, so I uninstalled and re-installed, and now it's saying "Tile Migration Failed" and no data shows anywhere. Did the app crash?
Same here. It kept crashing so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now nothing loads and all my friends on it have vanished. I’m guessing an issue with the new update!

Best AnswerI am having the same issue. I have an iPhone SE with 12.3.1 and have never had an issue with the app (have used it for years). This morning at 10:00AM it was fine, this afternoon it crashed and has not worked properly since. It opens just long enough to start syncing and then closes and goes back to my home screen. I've turned the phone off and on and tried unistalling and reinstalling the app to no avail.
