I am having the same issue, it crashed every time I opened it and then after a reinstall and restarting the iPhone it is giving me the tile migration error.

Me too. Was fine around 10:00 CST and not at 1300. Same on iPhone SE and iPad 2

Removing and reinstalling app has wiped out my complete Fitbit history; not a happy camper.

Just updated the iOS Fitbit app but now no data display at all. Tried re-starting my mobile and didn’t help. What else I could do?

The good news is that app is still syncing data and it’s possible to login on website and check dashboard there

Just spend 20 minutes waiting for the live chat and the problem was fixed in 2 seconds. (After hours of researching)
Solution: turn off your WiFi for about 10 seconds. Turn it back on and reload the app. You just get the error message one more time before it reverts to the normal screen.
Maybe this will help some of you, it seemed to work for my iPhone XS

App crashing and closing as soon as I open it. I’d rather not uninstall it and reinstall it as I’m in competition with friends, can anyone offer any advice?

The "update" has been even more disastrous than the new interface, if that is possible

I reloaded the app and now the tiles won't migrate. Have I lost my data?

Thanks @aduled however, I’m trying to register a new device and when I go to Fitbit.com/setup it’s saying I need to download the App. I’ve gone into the desktop version and but can’t see how to add a new device. It’s possible I can’t see for looking! Ha!
