Best AnswerI am having the same issue, it crashed every time I opened it and then after a reinstall and restarting the iPhone it is giving me the tile migration error.
Best Answer*NOW getting....not ‘not getting’ doh!!!

Solution: turn off your WiFi for about 10 seconds. Turn it back on and reload the app. You just get the error message one more time before it reverts to the normal screen.

Best AnswerThanks @aduled however, I’m trying to register a new device and when I go to Fitbit.com/setup it’s saying I need to download the App. I’ve gone into the desktop version and but can’t see how to add a new device. It’s possible I can’t see for looking! Ha!
