Fitbit Update 1/17

I have good news! Updating to version 2.18 of the Fitbit App should resolve this issue. If you haven't already updated, click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

Thanks for everybody's patience while this was being worked out!

Fitbit Update 1/6
Our engineers are currently investigating a bug where historical weight logs are not being displayed in the iOS App. In order to help with resolving this issue, can you please provide the following information:

1. What type of iOS device you are using.

2. What software version is your iOS device running (ie iOS 9.2, iOS 8, etc)?
3. What Fitbit App version are you running?

If you are unsure which app version you have, you can find out by: clicking the account button in the bottom right-hand corner > click the help button > and the app version is at the top. Version 2.17 is the most current version of the iOS App.

As a short-term workaround, you should be able to see your weight log history on Fitbit.com. Also, logging out of the Fitbit App and then back in has helped some Community members experiencing this problem too.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Hey there @Sravit thanks for the update sweetie! Smiley HappyI'd suggest you try the following steps:

1. Double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app.

Let me know how it goes! Smiley Wink

I'm having the same problem using an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.2. I can no longer view weights logged for each day and I can no longer edit my weight log. I have an Aria scale that syncs with my app, that is how I log my weight but sometimes it needs to be edited if the first reading isn't correct. Startig a few days ago I can no longer edit the weight log.

I'm using Aria too, same problem! It's seems to be a bug so I hope it will be fixed in the next version..for now there's nothing to do, except tell it to the customer support too - if it happens to many users, they may fix it faster 🙌🏻

same issue here. i don't see my log weight info anymore on my iphone. i can see the charts with the info, and weight log is on the website, but the listing of the daily weight log (seeing the actual numbers) has dissappeared. how do i get this back?

Same thing happened to me on 12/27/2015. I was reviewing weight, closed out the app and when I went back in the weight logging list disappeared on my iPhone. It remains on my IPad and computer dashboard. I tried everything but I can't seem to get it back on the IPhone. More annoying than anything.

I found that if I logged out of the app on my iPhone and then opened it up and signed in again, the log reappeared intact. Not sure why this worked, but happy to have it back again. Sent from my iPhone

@ShainaW88 @Sravit Have you guys made any changes to your router, internet provide, or password?

If so, I'd recommend the troubleshoot steps mentioned here.

Hope this helps!

Since New Years Day, daily weight log entries are not being displayed. Husband's iPad app is ok, my iPhone and iPadMini apps are not ok. The graph is shown ok. Just no log underneath.

"Out of curiosity, what type of iOS device are you using and what software version are you running (ie iOS 9.2, iOS 8, etc)?@SpringBoard Does your weight appear on your Fitbit.com dashboard? @Capsntabs Also, does force quitting the App and then reopening it help?"

Dashboard:  No issues, all weight measurements are there.

Running iOS 9.2, iPhone 6 with Fibit 2.17 (452).

Forced app quiting, rebooting iPhone -- no help.  Issue persists.

Only logging out and log in app seems to help for a brief time.  Then weight history "disappears" again.

I also deleted iOS app, rebooted, reinstalled and logged in -- again only temporary fix -- then it disappears again.

I like to "prune" my daily weight history.  Manytimes, I make multiple measurements and select a "reasonable" (OK--the best!) measurement.
