Update 9/17/2019: We have released iOS app version 3.6.1 to all users. Please update your app to this version. It is recommended to all experiencing continuous crashes and should resolve this issue.
Hi Everyone - I've merged several posts together.
We're aware of an issue that may cause some iOS users to experience a continuous crash when trying to open the app after updating to version 3.6.
To resolve this, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app from the app store. Even if you have tried this previously, please try again.
If this does not work, our team is working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.
We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

@Jessbean, @MariaFon Our tools indicate that you haven't updated to 3.6.1. I recommend updating through the app store.
You may not be able to do this if your app is still crashing but you can verify what version you are on tap on your profile picture on the upper left-hand side. Scroll down to Help. You will see the app version on top.

There was another update in the Apple app updates this morning . I had deleted the faulty app off my IPad yesterday and was waiting for spare time to call your help desk. I reinstalled the app on my IPad and it worked as designed.
I would like to say how impressed I am with your customer support. I am very happy in how any issues I have had with your app have been addressed. Keep up the good work.

Not happy about this crash as I was in a challenge and for the first time was in first place. All of a sudden it stopped updating. So I quit the challenge. There’s no way I would purchase a premium anything from Fitbit. This is annoying.

Best AnswerI see that many people are having the issue to the app crashing. How do you uninstall the app, if it keeps crashing before you can do so? Should I just delete the app all together from my iphone, and then go to the app store and reload it?
Best AnswerSame here. Restarted phone, checked all settings. Won't bother with uninstall / reinstall as I see from this thread that doesn't work. C'mon Fit Bit! Just fix the dang thing! iOS 13 comes out in two days .... will it be completely hosed then too?
