My new iPhone will not completely sync or send me messages for calls and texts? I tried reinstalling several times? I could use some help.

Mine is a Fitbit Alta so can’t really advise but maybe you could get a refund at the shop as you’ve not really used it

I google Fitbit customer care phone number.

Fitbit replaced my hr 3 Fitbit. 
I hope it works for you
