I've been having a problem with notifications on my versa. Following the help forums I have managed to get all other notifications working by updating and enabling notifications etc but whatsapp will not show up in the list and doesn't ask if fitbit can receive notifications. How do I solve this?

It’s an iPhone. Currently running iOS 13, though I did have this issue before updating. And share system notifications is already turned on.

I only asked which type of phone, since we had several days with a banner explaining sync issues with the latest iOS operating system.
