i have an iPhone, and with the last update my fitbit versa doesnt vibrate anymore, i can see the notifications if i swipe up but just that.

i ve already set the sleep mode off and the do not disturb off, i ve already tried to restart the watch, i ve already turned on the notifications on the app and on the [(i) of informations] in the bluetooth settings.

Im sorry to see your not receiving your notifications correctly. Currently the notifications issue is a known problem.
