Did you mean:

"Unable to load your goals"

ANSWERED

The app says it is "Something went wrong. Unable to load your goals" since yesterday.

This on top of the months-long issue of it not showing old previous days totals for months now. (I'm on a 1650 day step streak, and this looks likely to lose it because you continue to fail to fix the app).

iOS app for iPad, version 4.41.

Fitbit moderator-the ‘fix’ of deleting and reinstalling the app has not worked for me and many others. What are you going to do about this?

Do you need to sign out before you delete and reinstall app to fix goals not showing?

I was finally able to delete and reinstall the Fitbit app on my iPhone 13.
I did not lose any data even though my phone said I would.

I have tried to delete and reinstall several times but after the last
iPhone update I decided to try again out of desperation. I worked perfectly.

Everything is working perfectly now. So happy I
decided to reinstall.

Interestingly, enough last week there was an upgrade to my Fitbit watch and so once I put the upgrade in all my info came back. There are goblins hanging out in the Fitbit app.

I tried reinstalling and it didn’t work. What DID work thankfully was turning off the metrics

next to “Today” > hit the pencil symbol > turn whatever goal issue not working off > save then go back in and turn it on > save

Im having the same issue. Is there any way of keeping my data? I have done lots of steps this month and want them taken into account on my monthly and annual average

Hi I’m still not able to edit my goals. I have uninstalled my app and reinstalled it again. I’ve changed my account over to Google and my phone is up to date. iOS 16.7.11

its been like this for quite a while now and I’ve tried everything to correct this. It’s getting a little frustrating now.

Well…it still doesn’t work. Updated the app…didn’t work. Deleted the app and re-added, logged back in, still getting “unable to load your goals” when I go to change the times.

I've updated the app and it didn't fix the reminders to move glitch. Can't make any changes. Get an error message. I've deleted the apps several times and rebooted as well. Still not working.

Thank you. I only connected my new Inspire 3 to my iPhone 15 just three days ago. The layout is definitely different then what was on my old Fitbit. Just can't make a change on "Reminders to Move".

Hello @AnnaG1976@Lstop

I moved your posts from the Android platform forum to a thread on the same topic in the iOS forum since your signature says you have an iPhone.

I had the same ptoblem and decided to uninstall and reinstall. With 🤞🏼 that it would keep my data. Now I can’t get into app! I used the email + pw I had and it rejected it. Then I tried “forgot pw” option and haven’t gotten sn email. I tried 2 emails, in case. Neither has worked. To post this note, I used “google” option—does this mean I need google to get an app? How does that work. Very frustrating

So I bought a Versa 4 because my Versa 2 stopped loading goals. Guess what?? The new one won’t load goals either. So I just got ripped off yet again, and it’s my own **ahem** fault.
