Please make sure that your Charge 3 isn't in Sleep mode. When Sleep mode is activated take into consideration that the screen's brightness is set to dim. To verify this: Press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap Sleep is your see the option, to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it.   In addition, I recommend performing a long restart. A long restart is different than the basic restart and you can perform it by following the steps below:    Connect the device to the charging cable.  While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.  The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.  The device turns off. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.  Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again. On a side note, if you already contacted our Support Team, I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.   Hope this helps.  ... Note that the Fitbit App works well with any mobile device that meets the requirements listed in this link. Your phone must be within 30 feet of your Fitbit device to receive notifications. Welcome to the Community Forums @Lolat13.    Thanks for the details shared on your post, as well for your efforts while working on this matter. Because you mentioned it disconnects from Bluetooth, do you receive an error message when trying to sync? Is the Fitbit app updated? In the meantime, please try the following to reconnect your tracker to your account:   On your iPhone's settings, tap Bluetooth and forget your Charge 3 from the list. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 3 with your charging cable. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device. Select your Charge 3, tap Replace Device and follow the onscreen instructions. Hope this helps.  ... View more

Welcome to the Community Forums @sherrykthompson.   Thanks for the details shared on your post. If you haven't done so, please verify the following settings:    Check if the Fitbit app is updated. Go to your phone's settings and tap on Notifications. Scroll down and tap on Messages. Add a check mark for Notifications Center under Alerts. Set Show Previews to Always or When Unlocked. Additionally, I'd recommend making sure your Charge 3 is not on sleep or DND mode. When the sleep or DND mode setting is on, notifications don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on. The screen's brightness is set to dim. Turning your wrist won't cause the tracker’s screen to turn on.   To verify this: Press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap Sleep or DND to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it.   Hope this helps.  ... View more

If the issue persists, I'd suggest trying a factory reset:   Important: Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost.   On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.  When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).  When the device vibrates, release all buttons.  Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays fitbit.com/global/us/setup When the device successfully resets, please set up your Ionic as new device. Please note that when your Fitbit device is connected to your Fitbit app meaning syncing when it's nearby your phone. This is when the app will show live heart rate. Keep in mind that data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day. To work on this together, may I know if you have your watch plugged into the charging cable when trying to connect to Wi-Fi? Also, Do you see an error message when trying to sync or connect to your Wi-Fi?   If you haven't done so, I'd recommend reconnecting your watch:   Charge your device at least 25% (Wi-Fi won’t work on your watch when the battery level is below approximately 25%) Restart your watch by pressing and holding the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo. Go back to the Fitbit app and try again to add a Wi-Fi network. If you see other networks appear in the list of available networks, but not your preferred network, move your watch closer to your router. If it is still not connecting, remove your watch from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone (known as "unpairing"). On your phone, go to Settings → Bluetooth → your device name  → find an option to forget the device. Go back to the Fitbit app and try again to add a Wi-Fi network. Hope this helps.  ... View more

If your iPhone 13 Mini is running the latest iOS version, but it is not able to find your Charge 5, I'd recommend checking the following:    Make sure the Fitbit app is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app? If you have multiple Bluetooth products like speakers or headsets paired to your phone along with your Fitbit device, you may have trouble using more than one at the same time. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. If you use more than one phone or tablet to sync, make sure the other device isn't nearby. If the device is nearby, turn off Bluetooth on it. Since the Charge 5 is properly syncing with your iPhone 8, let's try to turn off Bluetooth and then try to sync with your iPhone 13 mini.  On a side note, you can sync your device with any compatible phone, tablet, or computer that meets syncing requirements. If you receive notifications from your phone on your Fitbit device, you'll need to disable the Bluetooth bond between your phone and Fitbit device before using a different phone. Please note that the elevation gain is automatically registered by the Fitbit device, which means that we don't have the option to manually set it up and as you have mentioned this is visible only on fitbit.com dashboard, but our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome.   For testing purposes I suggest restarting your Charge 4, so you can refresh the internal settings on it. Currently I'm running iOS 15.0.1 and Fitbit app version 3.48 and this is the version that fixed the issue with the private messages in my case. I'd recommend trying the following:    Make sure any other Bluetooth device isn't nearby. If the device is nearby, turn off Bluetooth on it. Turn off Bluetooth on your computer as well  Restart your Ionic using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device? Turn on Bluetooth on your computer and even though Ionic is still not connected on Bluetooth devices list, try to sync using the Fitbit app  Open the Fitbit app, find account and then sync now   Hope this helps.  ...
