Ace 2 Battery draining fast

Hey all - just wondering if anyone else is seeing poor battery life on the new Ace 2? We bought one for my son and it arrived 1 week ago - it has been charged twice in 7 days. This device was touted as having up to 5 day battery life. He has no silent alarms, no notifications, and all day sync is turned off. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this. He does have an animated clock face (the rocket).

Thanks!

Having the same issue! I own a Fitbit and so does my husband and the battery lasts a long time. I got my son an Ace 2 for his birthday (30th Dec) and it was charged to full battery yesterday and this morning it’s down to 25%!! This can’t be normal? Clearly there is a fault? I chose Fitbit due to the good battery life!!

Hi, my son got an Ace2 for Christmas and it needs to be charged every day.

It was at 100% this morning at 8.30am and down to 16% by 4pm, dead by 6pm.

The product is advertised as having a 5 day battery life which in our experience it does not. Daily charging is impractical for small children.

Is there a resolution to this problem?
