My Alta will not fully charge. When I plug it into the charger no lights/symbols appear. When I take it off (over night charge) a battery symbol with moving diagonal lines remains and battery doesn’t fully charge. I can tap battery icon away but it always comes back. Help please!!

This just happened to my daughter's Alta. I appreciate all of the comments so that I don't waste my time on customer support.
Just a note to Fitbit and everyone else who reads this. My wife was a long-time user of Fitbit, despite the fact that she would have to buy a new one every ~ 18 months. She did this five or more times before finally convincing me that she should buy an Apple Watch 3.5 years ago. I was always against it because of the price. Well, she's now going to hand over her fully functional Apple Watch 3 to my daughter to replace the malfunctioning Alta and buy herself an Apple Watch 6. In the long run, buying a quality product hasn't cost any more than the cheap Fitbits and she got a whole lot more functionality during that time. It bothers me that my daughter is going to be wearing an Apple Watch. No 12 year old needs this, but the old Apple Watch will likely last longer than a brand new Fitbit.

I'm having the exact same problem and none of the fixes have worked. I've only had the Fitbit since December! Can I please have my case passed on to the support team?
