My Alta HR appears completely dead. It doesn’t appear to even be charging. I ordered a new charger just to be certain but it’s made no difference. I’ve also tried the restart/reboot to no avail. Can anyone help?

Same issue, it's very frustrating. I don't want a new fitbit as I think that they require a monthly subscription.

@JuanPa. You could try restarting it a few times. That may work, but keep in mind that the Alta HR is an old device. It was discontinued in 2019, so yours is at least 4 years old. Rechargeable batteries have a shelf life and they don't always come back to life when they've been completely discharged for years.
