I have tried restarting my Alta HR several times (plugging into charger in computer, hitting button three times within 8 seconds with slight pause in between; the face goes black, then I unhook it and the charging display comes back on.  Any ideas what to try next?

My Alta hr stopped tracking heart rate and lights aren’t on. I plugged into charger and pressed restart button three times, and it vibrates but no Fitbit logo appears...It is not restarting.

Press reset button on charger like 10 times quickly then hold it down for 10 seconds, should then restart

My alta hr was over calculating activity and burned calories and then two days ago shut down. It doesn't re charge
