The Fitbit prompted me to charge it before it was completely dead, so I did. Came back to it after a few hours and now it won’t even register it has or is being charged. Has never been wet aside from occasional sweat, in which it was removed and wiped down promptly. After speaking with customer service, they very very briefly told me they would send an email regarding warranty…. That is it? No troubleshooting no nothing? Just, you’ll get an email. I pay for the premium service and here I am day two no way of continuing tracking on any data. Dead… oh well?
