The screen brightness on my Alta is very dim and unreadable in all but the lowest light. I have tried to reset the device but it has made no difference. Can anyone help?

im having the same problem .my alta used to work well for 2 years or so now its too dim to see when outside can anyone suggest any solution for this

My Fitbit Alta HR has the same problem with dimness (since I first wore it). I have put up with it as it was a gift but what can be done?

Me too. Have read all the posts about screen brightness on a fit bit Alta. None of the resets work. I have had my fit bit a couple of years -
donthey just wear out? I cannot read the screen unless the room is dark!!
