Won't turn on

I was at the gym walking on the treadmill when I was on the Fitbit app and I decided to change the clock face. Ever since then the app just says looking and I've plugged it in and tried everything I possibly can but it will not turn on

My cable doesn't have a button. My Alta was working great th when suddenly stopped. I charge it. It works for an hour and then stops.

Hi @CindyFitbit, is that cable included with all Altas or is it separate purchase? I ask as my charging cable definitely does not have that button.

I dont have any buttons on my charger? Is there any other way to reset ?
