Best Answer@Auldjohn Sense uses 2.4GHz, not 5GHz. You must force your phone to connect to the 2.4 GHz band. You have updated the Fitbit app to the latest version 3.43.1?
Best AnswerJust a hint if you started having sync issues AFTER the latest update 3.43.1. I had no issues prior to this update, after the update my Galaxy S20 FE did not sync with my Sense, phone reboot did not fix the issue, watch reboot did fix it.
@LokeAa my phone auto updated this morning. It synced prior to that normally, I had to manually reboot the watch after as I could not sync and notifications did not work.
just to clarify, I did not have issues prior to update and I do not have any issues after the update and watch reboot.
Best AnswerAnd of course, 30 minutes after posting, it started working. Lots of time and frustration over the past 3 days with this.
Best AnswerSo the problem I’m having is my Fitbit says my WiFi is off, when trying to get my WiFi reloaded on to my Fitbit it says that the watch is not close enough to make connection. It’s sitting right next to my phone 😩. Also the Bluetooth won’t connect stating the same reason. Need some help here, this has been going on for over a week now.
