@Auldjohn Sense uses 2.4GHz, not 5GHz. You must force your phone to connect to the 2.4 GHz band. You have updated the Fitbit app to the latest version 3.43.1?

Shame on Fitbit. First time I have such a problem for so long time with smart device. I bought Ionic because of syncing possibility and now I have just a watch. No more Fitbit in my life!

My Versa still isn't syncing it's been over a week..

Is there any updates about this issue. I have contacted Fitbit directly and the only response I got was to update regularly.

What is the point of paying so much for a Fitbit if you don't even get notifications?

Last update fix problem..... Restart you device and booom notifications works now👍

Just a hint if you started having sync issues AFTER the latest update 3.43.1. I had no issues prior to this update, after the update my Galaxy S20 FE did not sync with my Sense, phone reboot did not fix the issue, watch reboot did fix it.

Not sure if this has actually worked. This morning, my phone is intermittently syncing when it feels like it.See how it goes over the weekend.

My versa 2 was syncing, but notifications stopped. I recently switched to a sense and same issue. Everything works except notifications.

@LokeAa my phone auto updated this morning. It synced prior to that normally, I had to manually reboot the watch after as I could not sync and notifications did not work.

just to clarify, I did not have issues prior to update and I do not have any issues after the update and watch reboot.

It's been over a week now since I was able to synch. No luck with force quitting, rebooting, etc. Any progress on fixing the problem?

And of course, 30 minutes after posting, it started working. Lots of time and frustration over the past 3 days with this.

So the problem I’m having is my Fitbit says my WiFi is off, when trying to get my WiFi reloaded on to my Fitbit it says that the watch is not close enough to make connection. It’s sitting right next to my phone 😩. Also the Bluetooth won’t connect stating the same reason. Need some help here, this has been going on for over a week now.
