@Wtspg121 -- I had that problem some time last year when I was using the FB app on my phone. I switched over to a Wifi-only tablet to sync to, and that worked for a while, but FB doesn't support its old Android 6 OS anymore. I'm back on my phone now, and somehow things are better. I did go to Settings -> Network -> Mobile data and scrolled down until I found the Fitbit app, and was able to restrict its mobile data usage (no "background" use, etc.). Google won't let you restrict the Google Play Services mobile data, and many apps use that backdoor to do things like sending ads. Good luck.

Since June 24th I have no BR or HRV in my health metrics and starting today I had no sleep score or stress management score. I am on Android 11 and have the Charge 4. I have rebooted my device and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to be working properly .

I am still unable to get a BR or HRV for my metrics. I am on Android 11 and have verified that my FB version number is 3.43.1.

This was posted June 18th. It is now June 28, that is 10 days. Do you think Google, Facebook, or Apple watch would still be in business if it took 10 days for them to fix software issues?

My app says that it is up to date. The update in the store says June23, two days before your post, but the issues are still there and not fixed in any way. What am I missing here?

Still no HRV or BR on Inspire HR since 6/25.. My Android/Samsung phone is up to date and compatible. What is status of fix?

Did the app update and GPS still is not connecting! You have not fixed this! Every owner should get a complete refund for this!

Well, I double checked my android phone version and checked that my fitbit app was updated (2 days ago as it happens when my BR and HRH stopped showing data) I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well and that also didn't help. I find myself frustrated when I look for data that isn't there. It's not earth shattering I still get measurements for my resting HR and 02 sat which are more important to me but I hate missing data! I have a versa and have an LG android phone running android 9.

I I am another confused user. I disconnected my Versa 2 to happily connect my new Sense, only to find that not only could I NOT connect the Sense, but I could no longer connect my Versa 2. Now I have NO access to the app that I have used since my Versa classic. I do NOT use my phone, I have always used the Windows 10 app on my computer, now it seems that we oldsters are going to have to do without an app at all, and the Sense makes no sense, since NOTHING is on the contraption, at least I can see my daily progress on the Versa 2, but the Sense is a rolling list of languages telling me to download, and even after pairing, never changing from that screen.

It is Iphones too!! You really need to read what your customers are saying. I cannot get texts messages or alerts on my watch, and you have to keep resyncing your watch, which still does not help. This is the second watch you all sent me, and it is the same thing. When you call customer support, you get no help on this either. It needs to be fixed for Iphones Too!!!! This will be my last Fitbit if it is not solved.

I unpaired my Inspire a month or two ago. One day, I opened the app when I had location and bluetooth on for a different app. I was shocked to see it syncing, and it has been syncing ever since. No way am I going to re-pair it; I think that would make it stop syncing.
Anyway, in case anyone is interested in trying to sync after unpairing . . . . What have you got to lose if it isn't syncing anyway?
