Still haven't been able to sync for over a week. Charge 3 device, using a new updated Motorola G30wiht Android 11. Can pair the tracker via bluetooth and 4-digit pin, but "setup takes longer than usual" and inevitably fails.
My phone does have the latest operating system and I've followed all of your troubleshooting steps. What is next?? Will my Charge 3 actually ever work again? This is so frustrating that I'm spending so much time on this.
Updated the app to 3.43.1 on 23 Jun. Android version is 9. Charge 3 didn't sync for over a month but synced on 27th Jun. Was working fine till 28 Jun 2356h. Not synced since then. Plz let us know the time by which the glitch can be rectified.
It appears that the recent update has negated my verses sleep details report. It provides the same info as if I only slept for 1 or 2 hours with no oxygen variance info. How do I fix this. Battery is fully charged, contacts all clean. Good syncing. But no detailed report
Best AnswerWell, this morning I thought I was seeing progress as my metrics gave data for the fore-missing BR and HRV today but of course now it isn't showing data for skin temp and RHR which is the one metric most important to me. Again, I restarted my versa and reloaded the app with no data to show. And yes, I am using the latest app and Im running android 9. I'm trying to be patient but since I am freakishly attached to being able to see these numbers it is very annoying.

As of this morning, appears health metrics (BR, HRV, RHR) are now working in my Inspire HR (Android phone). RHR was delayed, but eventually populated. These metrics have always worked for me prior to 6/25...defo was caused by Fitbit software upgrade bug(s) nothing to do with phone type.
How much longer will it take for an new update. I am tried, you give me an update that pretty much ruined my fit bit because it won't work now and the tell me I have to replace it my self.
It has not worked since June 24 2021 at 7:59 pm.

I agree my Versa is no longer syncing I have tried all their steps several different devices and bought a USB Dongle to see if I could even get my computer to do up date still nothing and now I am unable reinstall I loved my Versa and it always worked well until the June 19 date since then the watch time is no longer syncing I can still use it as a tracker but what the point when the other features are not working. I am totally unhappy with Fitbit and I should not have to buy a new device if my original Versa was perfect until this June 19 date
