I don't even get the vibrating...anymore. I was getting the vibrations but no notifications before trying the update "fix". I am floored by how many are having this issue. I love my fitbit but in the future, I may have to look elsewhere for my tracker needs.

This new update has done nothing but cause issue after issue with my Fitbit Alta! What are the steps you are taking to try and fix this! My Alta HR stopped working right after the update and customer service told me it was the device! I bought a new Alta, waited a week for it to get here and it is also not working at all. Will not sync unless the device is on the charger! This is unacceptable! I have performed every work around suggested in absolutely nothing is working! Except for the fact that my premium subscription was Auto build yesterday! Funny how that worked!
I am about to cancel everything and return every Fitbit device that I have ever owned! This is no way to treat your long-standing customers!!!
I have done EVERYTHING to fix the syncing issue. Every day I experience something else not syncing correctly. All the resets, unistalls, and forcestops, create more issues. Now along with not getting credit for a full day of exercise it no longer syncs my steps in an hour so it looks like I did NOTHING. No one seems to care that their product does not work. For months these issues have been reported and nothing has happened to fix the problem. Fitbit keeps taking in the money for a product that does not do as advertised. Only option at this point is to purchase another product that does what it advertises it does. Buying my fitbit has left me with a forever knowledge of a company who takes more from their consumers than they give.
I have been trying to sync with my phone for 3 days and am having no luck. I have tried all the various steps that are listed and still cannot sync. I even deleted the firbit app and reinstalled it at around 10 p.m. last not and still nothing.
I have been waiting for two days to get my Versa Lite back up and running and now I don't have anything. So how much longer does a person have to wait. It was in sync mode but nothing happened for I can't keep spending a lot of money on watches like this.
