Does anyone know when Fitbit will include the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 on its compatible list?

its not Galaxy's fault it's fitbits foe not updating systems. They must have a contract or something with Apple not to update or integrate systems.

I upgraded from a note 9 to a note 10.  After the upgrade my note 10 worked as expected with my Charge 2.  My Charge 2 band connector broke so i ordered a Charge 3. That's when my nightmare started.  The Charge 3 wouldn't sync to my Note 10.  I tried it on the Note 9 and it wouldn't sync either.  Then I tried the Charge 2 on both phones and no Sync.  Can't get anything to work.  So I loaded the FitBit App for Windows 10. You guessed it.  It won't sync.  The name shows up like it's trying, but then it keeps trying and trying and trying.  But the good news is that Fitbit sent me a 35% off coupon if I wanted one of their other watches.  LIKE THAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!!

I'm not a fan of Apple so I guess my only alternative is to go to another watch company.  Many Happy Returns FitBit.  Hello Samsung.

P.S. Wish I would have found this forum before I invested in FitBit.  I trusted them and that was a big mistake.

I finally figured it out. My solution to the note 10 and fitbit was simple in the end.  Something the Help desk should have told me about. With the FitBit App open go to "Devices".  Then click "Add new Device".  Then enter "Charge 3".  Once I did that a screen popped up asking for a Bluetooth Code.  I looked at the watch and there it was on the screen.  I entered it and my Charge 3 came online.  FitBit must hacve a bunch of rookies handling the help desk.  They could have saved me hours of time and amazon returns.  But I'm off on a new adventure with my Charge 3. Case closed.

I have a Versa and a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.  I had the 9 when I first got the Versa.  No issues with the 9.  I rarely had issues with the Note 10 up until this week.  I have called technical, nothing they can do as the phone is not supported.  Fitbit also says it is not the specific Fitbit device, it's the app for the phone.  Not sure why the phone is the issue, it should just be an operating system.  Anyways, Fitbit did an update to include location services for find my fitbit.  I can't keep it connected.  2 days now and it's disconnected 4 times on me and it is never quick or easy to get it back.  Super frustrating.  I wanted the Sense but I can't justify spending a  lot of money for an item that won't work with my phone or possibly the next phone.

My previous phone was a Note 10 and it worked pretty well with my Versa and Versa 2. I now have a S20 and it works pretty well with my Sense.  I haven't experienced your particular problem. My biggest issue with both has been the sleep function. It's problematic and frustrating. Sometimes I get no sleep score although it records more than 3 hours of sleep. I think Fitbit tends to over-promise how well its devices work.

The frustration I am feeling for Fitbit right now is pretty bad.  If it were just that I would have to force sync at the end of the day fine, I can deal with that.  The fact that my sleep is no longer calculating is pissing me off.  The fact that the time doesn't stay accurate because of the not synching to phone is pissing me off.  The FACT that Fitbit seems to not care about this issue is pissing me off.  It shouldn't take over a year for a very popular phone to be compatible...but I also don't buy the BS.  The phone worked fine for the last year until this last Fitbit update.  I wish I could revert back to the previous Fitbit update.

That is unacceptable.  People have been waiting for over a year for fitbit to fix this. The reason people buy the versa, sense, etc is because the like the ability to respond to message and receive notifications. If you are not going to fix the issue then kindly tell people the truth so they can move on to another tracker.  Clearly, fitbit isn't interested in keeping us as customers if you were you would have fixed it by now.

Are you able to use all the features? Do you get notifications and are you able to respond to texts?

I can sync my steps, etc but cannot access the other features.
