After updating to version 4.42.1, ECG history is empty or a blank screen. ECGs taken on watch cannot be viewed now.

So after months the ECG download function finally worked again (see: Solved: Re: Charge 6 won't download ECG PDF - Page 6 - Fitbit Community), and now it is broken again. Please solve this asap @AndreaFitbit. As we do not want to wait for this again for over half a year.

same for sense 2 the ECG (EKG) functionality is lost no button in the app to download the ECG. @AndreaFitbit I hope you will be able to forward the issue to the right persons

because the "new version" bricks the ECG functionality I would love to downgrade the APP to the old version.
Any suggestions ?

I’m having the same issue with iPhone. I select the ecg on my iPhone and it’s just a blank screen

Even in the version before I can't take an ECG.

There's a thread on this for the Charge 6 with lots of people finding the same. No response yet from support. Very frustrating. Please tell us what's going on

Hi
Samsung S25 ultra, android 15
3 screenshot for you. One showing the missing ecg file from my health checks, one showing the last screen I get to by trying to access ecg through the app on my phone, and the final being the blank page I then get stuck on (the app freezes and becomes unresponsive here and has to be reset to access anything again)

It does NOT look like a bug to me!
I have downgraded to various older Fitbit versions via xxx.mirror and the ECG (ECG) function is switched off in all versions.
I think the function was simply deleted on the server.
Which I personally find a huge mess

Hello @LizzyFitbit
I'm in the USA & have the Pixel 8 phone, Android 15, and Pixel Watch 3.
I'm able to install the ECG tile on my watch and take an ECG reading. However, as other have mentioned, the ECG "tile" in the Fitbit app, version 4.42.1, is missing. There's no way to see the readings that I took today or any of my past readings.

I have complained in the Playstore about the feature being disabled.
Got immediate feedback but I'm afraid this is a chat bot.
It may help if a lot of users make themselves known there with negative reviews.
@LizzyFitbit @AndreaFitbit
It's not a bug in the app the requests for screen shots or similar are misleading
