Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

Hi everyone, and welcome to the new members.
I've moved some of your posts to this thread so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the detailed information and screenshots provided. As mentioned before, our team is working hard to bring a fix to all our affected members soon.
I apologize for this inconvenience and your feedback is truly appreciated. Please be sure to keep the Fitbit app up-to-date as you've been doing so far to ensure you receive the quickest resolution. I'll update this thread as soon as I receive more information from them.
For the ones having a question NOT related to the Estimated Oxygen Variation (EOV) graph, I'd encourage you to start a new thread in the Help Forums. That will help us to keep threads on topic or tailed to a specific topic.

How about emailing us problems with your development without us having to sign into your forums and seek information. Proactive style. Like real software companies do that care about their customers. This is abysmal service.

I don't like the new updates at all. Now it appears that I have alarming fluctuations in my breathing patterns. Should I be worried now? The graphs are now difficult to read. Also it stops recording sleep if I'm awake for more than 10 minutes. Which happens on the weekend I'm awake at 6 am and know I can sleep in for another 90 minutes. It now doesn't capture the additional sleep cycle. Not helpful.

@Jax10987 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
Just to confirm, the update you meant, was a firmware update for the Charge 4 or an update for the Fitbit app?
Have you tried restarting the Charge 4?
See you around.

This also happened to me after the last update. Suddenly the graph is all orange, from previously being all green.
A better explanation in the help section on how to now intepret the graph is needed, since the change is radical.

@LizzyFitbit since the issue hasn't been fixed yet, there is no telling when it's going to be fixed and lots of users get scared seeing the glitchy graph for the first time, Fitbit should push a message into the app to warn users that this is just an app issue, not a health problem. That would at least keep people calm.

I agree, the new graphs are awful and a serious downgrade from the old ones.
I would like the option to roll back to the previous version which had clear, easy to read graphs and charts. If you chose to look back over a year's worth of data, it showed a full year from today, not just since January, and if you wanted to check a figure, you just tapped that part of the graph, whereas now I have to keep my finger on the screen and slide left to right and it's difficult to stop at the piece of data I want to see. And as for the oxygen variation graphs. Well... they are scary-looking now all the way back.

I have been recommended to re boot my device. I have done this today so will see what happens tomorrow with the oxygen variation level.

Same, I got premium for the oxygen too. I will be canceling premium if it's not fixed.

I've been having this issue since 7/22 as well. I was wondering if they changed their "range". If that's the case, I've had sleep apnea for 6 months now because all my previous charts are covered in yellow when they previously were not 😓. Im also 15 weeks pregnant so I really could have done without the stress of waking up to a chart that says I may have stopped breathing for 98% of the night... and every other night that used to be normal. Hope they get this fixed soon.

Yup, that looks like mine. The SpO2 feature was worthless to begin with, now it's even worse.

I updated my Versa 2 this morning, and now I have extreme oxygen variations. I never had before. I hope it's a glitch they can fix.
