Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

This is definitely a problem with the update.

While they are within their rights legally. As a business it sloppy business practice. Certainly not a way to retain customers and new onesbl reading these will be quick to run. There is a difference between what they can do and what they should do. We will see.

You rock! Thank you for the Fitbit app rollback info.. I deleted the buggy version of Fitbit software from my S22 Ultra. After researching that alternate android App store Aptoide (which I didn't know existed) is safe, I down‐loaded and installed the 7/12/22 Fitbit version and It "fixed" the bugs ("FIXED IN PREVIOUS REV" heh- heh...). Oxygenation & other charts now work again... as well as display historic data the way it used to...whew. I also turned off Fitbit "auto-update" until there is a fix release (or I leave Fitbit and go to the competiton... maybe Samsung Smartwstch 4 .. tho' I hate to spent the moolah right now... ). ANYWAY -- Big Thank you Aidan!

Does Fitbit acknowledge that this issue exists? Will it be fixed. As you can see by the number of posts here, it is an issue. It occurred right after the last update. I have the same bug.

Can you explain why the oxygen levels have been altered on my fitbit, mine have completely changed from low to high, they have been changed right back to when l first purchased my fitbit which is over 2 years ago.

Hello,
I noticed that today Fitbit made some changes to their application and the oxygen variation graph looks different, and a bit confusing. I tried to look on their website for details but I couldn't find any. This is how last night looks for me:
Other nights look very similar. I'm not sure I understand it. Before used to be clear, we had a baseline and any orange above the line meant no good, but this one now is full with orange marks. Either we have a new algorithm that has lower the medium level and I see more and more orange events, or I'm not interpreting the graph correctly.
I am known to suffer from mild sleep apnea, and for 3 years I am being treated with an oral appliance, so is important for me to understand the results of oxygen variation.
Thank you

@Andys5 I suspect you use an Android phone. There is a bug in the latest version of the Android app. Fitbit is very aware of this issue.

estimated oxygen levels on my android phone are showing extreme levels even going back for 2 months (I have never had issues with oxygen levels before). On my Ipad my same nightly levels are all low. why am I getting conflicting displays?

Either the new version is a more accurate and Fitbit was giving us false information, or the new graph is less accurate and Fitbit needs to fix it. One thing they don't need to do is what they're doing now and that's say nothing.
