Kind regards.

MattFitbit- you posted yesterday saying the technical error will be resolved in a few hours. Well today Friday 24th April at 17 33pm it's still crashing.
Can you provide an update on your response when this crash will be sorted please?

After clearing cache and data, mine did not crash when I clicked the exercise tab; however, after the first time, it stopped showing the previous exercises. It also is not updating active minutes or letting me see them.

Hi Matt,
I'm having a problem with the Pohona Trail Challenge. I've been in one for a few days, & yesterday I'm unable to be into it. Everytime I go to get Challenge, it flips me out of Fitbit. I'm able to go to all other Challenges I'm in without difficulty or problems. I have latest update, and use an LG 7 phone, & android App.
This morning, my clock face disappeared & I have a note to th e new one from the Fitbit App. Please help if you can!
Thanks,
Cindy B.

Depending on your phone and Android version it may be slightly different, however you'll want to got to Settings - Apps , then find and select Fitbit. From here select Storage and Cache. Just clear both the Cache and the Data. You will then be asked to log in when you open the app.

My app has been crashing for the last two days.
This fix worked for me. Glad to have it working again!
