Update 5/1/20: This issue has been resolved with the release of 3.19.2. Please update your app if you haven't already.
Hi everyone. We’re aware of an issue that may cause the Fitbit app to quit unexpectedly when you open the Exercise tile.
To fix an issue where the Fitbit app unexpectedly crashes when you open the Exercise tile, follow these steps. Note you’ll need to log back into the Fitbit app with your email address and password.
Thanks for taking the time to report this issue. I assure you that our team is aware and working on finding a resolution. I will be sure to keep you all updated as more information becomes available.

I did what one subscriber suggested. I uninstalled app, restarted my phone, then reinstalled app and the exercise function is working now.

I'm sorry, it says clear storage or clear cache. I cleared cache. The clear storage gives warning.

I have an android phone, just cleared data and cache and then logged back onto the app and it is fixed 👍

This will wipe all of the data though, I don't want to lose all my history.
The exercise section of the app has been playing up for weeks. Tracks my runs but when trying to share suddenly I've moved from the UK to Africa?! Please fit it!! 🤦🏼:female_sign: So frustrating

Only on the app! go to settings > apps > fitbit > storage and clear cache and data there. You don't lose your data, it's stored online.

Don't worry, it doesn't lose data. It's stored on their servers so you can change phones, etc.

No, it looks a bit scary. Threatens to delete accounts etc but I had zero loss of data.
