Best AnswerThis work around does not work for me. I have to change my clock face and resync for it to work. I reached out to someone in support today and because I did the work around they cannot help me. This is unfair, if the product is defective, the company knows about it they should make it right. Either do an update that fixes the issue or send me a new product. I will be shopping for a new fitness device and it wont be FitBit. So disappointed with this company.
