Update 5/1/20: This issue has been resolved with the release of 3.19.2. Please update your app if you haven't already.
Hi everyone. We’re aware of an issue that may cause the Fitbit app to quit unexpectedly when you open the Exercise tile.
To fix an issue where the Fitbit app unexpectedly crashes when you open the Exercise tile, follow these steps. Note you’ll need to log back into the Fitbit app with your email address and password.

After installing the Fitbit update my Versa will not connect to blue tooth. We tried all the suggestions online and none work. The Versa is stuck on the fitbit logo. And the app can’t find the Bluetooth. Again we tried all the suggestions to get it going. Please advise.

Best AnswerI cannot even access Fitbit, it tells me Invalid email or password on my phone, but that is the same information I use on the web with no problems. Therefore I am using my Garmin now for 6 months

My fitbit has been frozen for 2 days. It only displays time and heart rate. I fully charged it and tried to sync it, but syncing could not locate it.
What do I do?

Best AnswerHi my versa lite crashed ive trying download my tracker as it needed update still nothing thats been like that since sat can you say how long this going to take to resolve this situation
