I have a surge paired to a Huawei p8. I have tried all the different fixes listed in various forums. I have notification on in the all on my phone set to Huawei contacts. I have notifications on on my surge. I get absolutely nothing. Anyone with a P8 solved this problem. I have later Android and fitbit versions.

With all the sync problems now the wristband broke. Of course it is just outside the warrantee period... I give up you guys. I've hit my limit with this piece of crap. Never any kind of Fitbit again.

Hello,
Please could someone tell me how to sync my Fitbit flex 2 to my Huawei P9 lite mobile?? I am not impressed with the response from Fitbit in this forum!

There is no way to sync. Flex 2 is not compatible with p9 lite.
We've been asking this question for over a year now.

You can't! You've got the same treatment that we all got...

Thank you for your help! I am in the process of returning my Fitbit to the shop and getting another fitness tracker! Rather annoyed that this issue is not clearly stated when you buy it from the shop!

I downloaded an app called BlueScan and my P9 lite now syncs with my Fitbit. Hope it works for everyone.
Update, so sorry it seems to not be working now which means by some freak occurrence, my phone synced with the watch on its own. Freakbit. What a waste.

Is there any fitbit device that can be paired with Huawei P9? Fitbit has been quite a disappointment so far.
It just doesn't sync.

How are you overlooking the inconvenience? It means that I exercise and I get to see exercise data a day later or so... That's almost like not having a fitbit!!

That's because you have a tablet and you use it. I must use the dongle on a tower PC. I like to see the stats of my exercise at the end of it. Not a day later.

Sooo another Android update and not much has changed.
I will get my mobile phone contract extended soon. Any idea what phone I should choose now? The list of compatible devices is not being updated at all... the phones from the list are more and more difficult to find...

Is there a solution?

Is it possible that in the nearest future there will be supported Huawei P9 or Samsung J5. Or I have to sell the watch and buy new one.

The Ionic must be the most expensive piece of technology that does not work. The sync (tried with Huawei and Xiaomi, both BLE and Android 7) and push notifications do not work. Thank goodness for retail warranties.

Doesnt work with my Huawei p9 lite...having to carry my iPod around everywhere and use my phone’s hotspot to use the app 😔
Fitbit, are you going to add huawei phones because I want to get the Mate 10 in April but is there much point if I can’t use my Fitbit with it?
