Since latest update when I enter my weight it will not accept stones. From setting changed to kg that works. Set back to stones only option to input is pounds when entering new weight. Same on both android devices i use tried logging out and in, reset all devices too no change

How did you update can not find in app store

Best Answer
The Update must be rolling out in stages - my fitbit is up-to-date (ver
4.43.1, 6th Jan) but still won't accept stones and pounds.

Same here uk too

My app is also up to date, Jan 8th. Still logging in lbs. So frustrating!
Have contacted support so many times and no joy!
Makes me rethink my premium subscription as it's no use if I can't log in
stone!
Someone here said about logging from home screen and that works for me, not
ideal!
Best Answer
I had to update the watch and uninstall/restart the app before it would work
Best Answer

Tried that no joy no updates available according to Google store

It's about time fitbit resolved this issue.

My Fitbit scales have issues logging my weight so I rely on this. Since November's update I have not been able to log weight in stone.

There are multiple threads which seem to get merged with no action. How hard can it be to add this back in.

Totally fed up with this, thank god it's pay day coming up, next month I can replace the scales and uninstall Fitbit.

Hello, I see your answer is dated some time ago. Is there any update to this? We in the UK tend to use stones, not pounds. It's not helpful to suddenly make everyone use a metric they don't use. Thanks.

Hi everyone!

I have great news to share with you. Based on your feedback, our team has developed a new version of the Fitbit app that will allow you to log your weight in stones and pounds.

Please note that this update is being rolled out in phases. If you don't see it yet, check back later and make sure to install it as soon as it becomes available.

I truly appreciate your patience and ongoing support. We value each of your comments and we are committed to continuously working to improve your experience with our products.

Yep, I don't think they are doing anything as it's has been going on for
months now, however if U click on weight, go up to the 3 dots in the
corner, click, go to manage data, click on review data, easy to miss this
as in light blue and then U should have the page that U once had before
they cocked it all up and U can add in stones. Long way round but the only
way if U want stones.

I only get options to delete data using this method.

How can you LOSE the ability to update weight in stones when it was there before? This American centric development puts me off Fitbit and if this isn't resolved in the next week I'll be off to Samsung Health. Shame.

Best Answer

@Jackieja Don't update your app. As soon as you do you will lose that ability to use Manage Data as the last update removed it.

I was happily using it and then I upgraded my phone and downloaded the Fitbit app and I lost it.
