Since latest update when I enter my weight it will not accept stones. From setting changed to kg that works. Set back to stones only option to input is pounds when entering new weight. Same on both android devices i use tried logging out and in, reset all devices too no change

Looks like fitbit/Google have lost another customer. How long will it be
before they remove fitbit completely?

Which has been explained numerous times now.

But not fixed. Why not fit bit are clearly aware and equally clearly don't
care. When will it be fixed?

No point buying a new fitbit at this point. The brand has become absolutely useless.

Have to agree with you there, I'm considering the same.

This is the main reason I purchased this watch. To log my weight I was doing it ok until last month or so.

Please fix it ASAP It's really annoying.  Go back to logging weight the way the customer has chosen. NOT JUST IN POUNDS .

Lizzy is this issue being reviewed or not it's been well over a month now ?  Seems that you have just brushed it away and we have all invested in Fitbits product that's NOT fit for the purchase we purchased it for

I just do what someone else suggested works.  Press on the app icon on your phone/tablet until a list comes up.  Press on 'Log Weight' and enter in stones and lbs.  It works.

Best Answer

That does work. Thanks. Would like to do it through the app. See what they come back with.

I do that as a workaround, but the facility to do it in the app should be restored. At least 1 other thing was broken at the same time as the 'update' - inputting as pounds gives a conversion to stones and pounds that is widely out.

Thanks. A good workaround for now. Will try it next weigh-in

Yeah i do use this but should be a loh in app and it's also the progress option of your weight loss feature which has gone.  This has  been raised as an issue since the start of December and no further forward so it's more the point of getting a resolution and not being stuck with a work round.

Is this every going to be fixed? Not everyone lives in USA and uses pounds, many of us want to enter stones and pounds.

This is a real pain and taking this long to fix shows a lack of interest in international customers!

Yep, this has been going in for months now and I hold no hope in it being
fixed soon.

Hello!

Can I ask, did the issue ever get fixed with logging weight in stone?

I am still only able to do lb!

I have been on to fitbit support with no luck in changing from lb to stone!

Thanks!

Only by using the suggested workaround someone posted. You hold down the Fitbit icon on your mobile/laptop main screen ( don't open it), a drop-down menu appears and you click log weight. The stone and lbs option is there. It's not ideal and you can no longer see your overall weight loss to date but it's something.

No

Still the same.  If you look back on the thread there is a work  a round of hold down on the app and from there click on log weight.
