Manual weight entry not accepting stones

Since latest update when I enter my weight it will not accept stones. From setting changed to kg that works. Set back to stones only option to input is pounds when entering new weight. Same on both android devices i use tried logging out and in, reset all devices too no change

Unfortunately I find the workaround is not always recording the weight at all but you do not realise unless you look at the weight tab!

Not at present. I feel that we are all talking to ourselves and that Fitbit
/ Google are not reading or care .
Ad a work round, which i found on another thread is that if you hold the
app logo after a while a menu appears. Select weight and the old input
screen appears.

If you click on the three dots in the weight tab and press on manage data and then press on review your data. You will find all your previous weights....

That doesn't work it proceeds to ask if I want to delete data

It does work @BinkyOR84 , there is an option above delete data to review data.  The best workaround I found, however, was to put a Fitbit weight entry widget on my home screen as it's just one tap then to enter your weight in st/lb (I'm on android but I'm sure iOs will have similar shortcuts for iPhone users).

I have read the thread I've been here since the 5th December I dont want to use a work round forver thanks 😊

I have been in contact with support and have tried a number of trouble shooting issues but no joy!

@Jshez I used to get that option too which is why I mentioned it earlier to @BinkyOR84 but it looks like Google have screwed UK users further with a new update removing that screen as mine now just jumps to delete without any option to review. I'll just stick to my widget until they f*** that up too!

I did actually update the app today aswell 😪 before I tried so probably would of worked if I didn't xx

I'm not sure why it is so difficult to resolve. It has been months now and
yet within days to cause the problem. I'm not convinced it is being
resolved, just platitudes and promises that you are trying, not convinced.
