Sometime in the last hour the "sync" button disappeared from the app. I have restarted my phone, closed out the app, updated the app, and deleted it and reinstalled. Nothing has brought back the "sync" button. Thoughts?

Same thing here! We have a contest at work and i get money for having my steps counted, but I can't sync. I did it once today and then went to do it again later in the day and the the sync is no longer available!

Same thing here, no way to Sync with the latest update.
I have a PC but I don't use it every day, and besides when I travel I want to be able to set my alarms without having to sync to a PC.
This better be a bug and not a permanent change to the app!

I am able to sync now... I had to turn off my blue tooth and my phone and start it all up again...Good luck.

I've tried what was recommended and my android device still doesn't recognize the HR. Any other suggestions?

Hello everyone! We recently experienced an issue where the syncing button disappeared on the Android app. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience.
The good news is everything should be back up and running. To apply the fix, please force close and reopen the app! We're keeping a close eye on things so that this doesn't happen again. Once again, we're sorry for this mishap.

Running windows 10 on my pc and everything was fine except the sync option on my task bar has disapeared. The icon is there with the usual options, but the option to sync now had disapeared? My phone app is fine and have to sync my fitbit to my phone. Anybody any ideas.
I have logged out, uninstalled app and lost count of the number of times i have rebooted.
