I've updated my samsung s9 to android 10 and now notifications to my versa have stopped. Any update or advice Fitbit? It's very annoying not being able to see if school calls me as I'm not allowed my mobile out on my desk at work!

When you open the play store, go to my apps and games and it will let you know if you have any apps needing updates.

I posted a negative review on the Fitbit webpage and got a response pretty quickly from a developer referring me to https://bit.ly/31MTbr4. While this tip page was difficult to follow (it didn't exactly compare to my Inspire HR and Fitbit screens), I was able to work it out and now get notifications. I can't believe that a developer hasn't posted it on this subscription unless they did and I missed it.

Morning all. I have posted a couple of times this last month about my Android phone and Versa not syncing and sending me notifications. However, mine now appears to be working. All I did was Force Stop the fitbit app on my phone (settings > apps > apps > fitbit > forcesl stop) and then restarted my phone and now it works and I am getting all notifications back again. I hope this helps!

I just tried this, and i actually received a message on my Versa 2. Can only wait and see if it continues. Thanks for the tip.
Cheers from Australia.
