Pixel 3 Compatibility

I have been trying for 3 days to connect my Fitbit zip. Fitbit even sent me a new zip. It will not connect. It keeps saying tracker not found. Is Fitbit working on this. Does anybody know. Pat 99

@Pat99  and @SunsetRunner If youe Pixel 3 is running Android 9 then it is very possible that the issue is related to a known situation with Android 9. You can click here to read more about it.

@Julianmedi Perhaps you could post in our Feature Suggestions board about adding the LG G6 to the supported devices list. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show their support for it. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.

I just had to keep going through the steps. But, sometimes I will stop
getting notifications and I find that on my actual Fitbit the notifications
are off and I just have to turn it push them back on.

@Pat99 It seems to be definitely related to the Android 9 situation I mentioned.

@Gpesko and @SunsetRunner In your case, let's try  to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should help with the notifications.

Just wondering because I haven't seen this mentioned on this thread - does anyone know if the Inspire HR works with the Pixel 3? I'm thinking of upgrading but want to be sure before I make the move. Thanks !

Because the Pixel 3 is in the list of supported devices at the time, it will definitely work with the Inspire HR and any other Fitbit devices.

I can't get my HR to work with my Pixel 3. Like it will alert that I have a
call but won't say who is calling and it don't tell me when I get a text.

As for the HR, what do you mean that you can't get it to work? Is it not showing anything on your Fitbit or what is going on? Please be as in-depth as possible.

What list of compatible devices are you looking at?  the one on https://www.fitbit.com/devices does not show the Pixel 3.

My Fitbit arrived Monday and I was able to sync with my Pixel 3 . Since lunch time yesterday I have been unable to sync again . Message says sync failed Try again . I have tried the suggestions on the Android 9 post and can confirm the set up is correct. What should I do next?

At this moment we do not have any updates on the situation but please do know that our team is aware of the situation. While certainly not optimal, for the time being perhaps you could try syncing with a different device, another phone or a computer. You can click here to find instructions on how to do it.

My Fitbit Versa will vibrate when I have a txt msg and tells me I have messages; but it will not allow me to view them.  When I had my charge 3 I could.  When someone calls me my Versa does vibrate and shows me the phone #; but receiving txts does not work.

I can see my step, heart rate, steps climbed, etc.... on my phone when I click my fitbit app.  That works fine.  It's on my Versa - Pixel 3 will not allow Versa to display texts.  when I had my Galaxy S5 - I could see my text on my fitbit.

This list now says fitbit is now compatible with PIxel 3.  I am still unable to read my txt messages.   My fitbit Versa will vibrate and tell me I have messages - when I go to open them - it will not.   What do I need to do to be able to see my text on my Versa?
