My J7v and my charge 2 worked without a flaw until Nov 2018 - what happened? To say j7 is not supported seems crazy since it was fine. How long until you fix it? I used the same phone and same charge 2 from Idaho to Hawaii in 2018 & now it's useless. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Best AnswerI don't have any idea, it just all the sudden started working. I have since gotten rid of the Samsung and went back to an LG, I never had a problem with the last LG with the Charge 2 and this one also connected immediately.
Best Answeryou say that samsung galaxy j7 isn't compatible, but my mom has a samsung j7 and her charge 2 worked perfectly with it. it was in November of 2018 that the notifications stopped working.
also, your site lists the samsung galaxy j as a compatible device. if that's true, which of the samsung galaxy j are compatible? you say the samsung galaxy j 7 isn't, so is the j3, j4, j5, or j6? if those previous older models are compatible, why wouldn't the new j7 be?
thanks!

Best Answerthe charge 2 syncs fine with the phone. just notifications won't work and it won't pair with the phone. it used to, but then stopped all of a sudden. i haven't been able to repair it. fitbit today said it's because the Samsung Galaxy J7 isn't a compatible device.

Best Answeryeah, i'll try again to re-pair it again to see if notifications start working. it's just frustrating because it depends on who you talk to at FitiBit. Some say it's compatible, others say it's not. Some will help you try to resolve the issue, and others just blame the tracker and say buy a new one (but the tracker works fine with my Samsung phone but mine is with Tmobile, not Verizon).
