My stress management has stopped working. It does not give any metrics for it. It has been 3 days and still nothing. It was working fine prior.

Hi @MartellaFit
First make sure that you have the latest app version (3.42.1).
Then you will have to wait for the option to appear by itself. It looks like it's a progressive roll out.
I just got the option for half an hour.

I have a Fitbit versa 3 and pay for premium and I meet the requirements for the stress management and it never works and never has?

Let's try the following:
- Verify the latest app version is installed (3.43.1)
- Delete the stress tile
- Re-install it
- Wait a night for the stress score to display

My Versa 3 version is 36.128.5.38, nothing close to the version you quote.
I think the real issue is privacy permissions. Mine are set very high so Versa probably does not have the low level needed to operate the stress management function.

The version mentioned above refers to the Fitbit app not the Versa 3 firmware. Learn more about it here. Have you tried the troubleshooting mentioned here?

My Fitbit app is not registering my stress managem score and I meet all the requirements in wearing the versa 2 watch. How can I get this resolved? My son's is working and he has the inspire 2. ugh

No problems then suddenly aame issue started 2 days ago. Can't scroll down beyond the "I disagree" option. It appears that the "I agree" has been checked. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the tile to no avail

I appreciate the screenshot shared. May I know if you're able to scroll down in the part where it says "We provide you with your Stress Management score" once all that information has been read, you should be able to choose I agree or I disagree.

In this case, you may want to check the requirements mentioned in this post. Also, take into consideration the following:

Wear your device for at least 1 full day and night. In the morning, sync your device and check your score.
-
Take at least 500 steps during the day.
-
Make sure your device can track your heart rate. For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?

Managed to scroll eventually. The secret was to touch the middle of the
text rather than the bottom. Never experienced that before.

I have only gotten it to work once since I signed up for premium...my 90 day free trial is almost up and other the showering I have my fit bit on at all times...I am very frustrated with this not working
