Update 2/1/2021: This issue was resolved with the release of android app version 3.37.1. We appreciate your reports and patience as we worked on a resolution.


 

Update 1/29/2021: We've released Android app version 3.37.1 to address syncing issues. Please update your device if you are experiencing issues syncing. Thanks again for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

I was having the same issue with syncing.  However, I made the mistake of unpairing my tracker.  Now I can not get it to pair.  Will this also be part of the fix?

Can we get an update on where you are fixing the no android sync problem ... fixed, actively working on a solution, falling back to earlier version, closed for weather etc. Whatever but something please.

I was just on the phone with fitbit regarding this issue.  I was told they are working on a fix, but my fitbit night no longer work with my android phone.  This is horrible since I purchased this device because it was compatible with my android and now they tell me it might not be supported any longer. 😠

Fingers crossed that Fitbit get it working soon! I only got my new Fitbit at the end of October last year and if it will not sync with my phone it will not be much use to me. Best wishes.

i just bought a new phone, seems after logging in the bank card isn't automatically added .. so added it in the app on the phone clicking on User icon and than on  the  phone icon and yay its working again. but djeeeez !  😞

Ionic.. have done everything they suggested..even deleted and reset up tracker( that took hours and 2 devices]  phone and tablet..

I sent an email to the monitor - katy? we shall see what happens.
I have also left a post on twitter even though they wanted me to go to a
private message - nope....not doing anything the reps on twitter ask until
I hear something straight from fitbit
