I have the K 51 and on January 22 at 7 pm I realized my Fitbit stopped syncing. I think I have tried everything besides a factory reset which I am hesitant to do because I'm monitoring Dysautonomia and I've finally been symptomatic. Is this just a bug in the app or should I look into returning or repairing my fitbit? I just got it for Christmas and I'm mostly bedridden and can't really shower so I was wondering if it was a defective watch.

As a new Fitbit customer this doesn’t bode well.
if it’s not sorted soon, I’ll be sending my Fitbit back for a refund. Not a very good first impression

@jay1208 , @Tina-Manter and others.
The problem is solved (at least for me).
There is an app update to version 3.37.1 available in Google Play Store.

Looks like a new update has been pushed. 3.37.1
Hope this is the fix.
I did downgrade to 3.26 which worked so fingers crossed this 3.37.1
will fix the issue.

Mine is still broken as of this morning. I'll see if this mysterious update is available.
This is just ludicrous, I've only had this Charge 4 for a month and half the time it is a brick. I guess I should have learned by now that Fitbit just produce shoddy consumer trinkets. I'll buy a Garmin again next time. At least they know how to make proper running watches.

Updated to the new version 3.37.1. Hasn't helped me. Unfortunately before I new what the problem was I unpaired my charge 4 thinking I could just pair again and maybe it might fix whatever the problem was (I thought it was just an issue with my phone). But I haven't been able to pair since. And eve with the new version it still isn't happening! My Fitbit is charging like it says it has to be it it won't recognise that it is, in fact, charging. Please tell me this new version isn't the fix we were hoping for! Or tell me what I'm doing wrong! I only for my Charge 4 in December so I will ne demanding a replacement if its never going to pair to my phone again!

I hope your tech team can provide a new update that will auto fix the issue asap. I'm one of thousands that has been affected. I hope it will be a matter of hours for the new update it's been days now??? Perhaps a discount off any purchases or some free time with premium may appease some customers.

I got my charge 4 in Nov 2020. No issues these last 3 months. then at 9:45am yesterday it stopped syncing, tried all the things support told me and then some, uninstall and reinstall the app, turn off phone, reboot tracker, unpair and re-pair on bluetooth, although now I cannot get it to pair again? so it's no longer a syncing issue it's now a pairing issue, can you please fix this asap it's driving me crazy as ive just purchased premium recently too and don't feel I'm getting all the benefits. It is not my phone also may I add, It is an A6 and says it's compatible.

Does anyone know how to downgrade to the previous version of the app? It isn't obvious on the app store?
Mmm, it seems on further research that isn't possible to downgrade unless you start fiddling around with system files.

Yeah... I just hope it's not a defective watch. I don't want to lose my data from the last few days.
