Really hope you get this issue resolved soon. I did try uninstalling and then reinstally the app on my android, but it did not fix the problem. After logging onto Fitbit.com on my computer and checking for my Samsung Galaxy S7 Active on your list of android devices, it does not come up on the list. In fact, the list of Samsung devices stops at Galaxy 6 devices. Please help.
I have been having this issue for the past 12 hours. I have the most current version. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and did any and everything suggested. Still getting this message. 😞 help!
Best AnswerSo you guys released an update that didn't fix the problem. Still having the same issue and have a screen shot of it to prove it.
I'm on day 13 with this message popping up. Can't log in.. Support has sent a few suggestions which were unsuccessful.
I'm hoping this gets resolved soon! Very disappointed with Fitbit right now!!!
Dopo hard reset del telefono reinstallato app ed è comparso questo errore. Ho "risolto" creando un nuovo account fitbit. Il vecchio account non funziona più. Posso accedere ai dati del vecchio account solo tramite pc dal browser.
Best AnswerI uninstalled the app and installed an earlier version, then did an update and it's working on my Droid Maxx 2 now.
Good luck!!!
Best AnswerI uninstalled the app and installed an earlier version, then did an update andy Droid Maxx 2 is working now.
Where did you find earlier version? I use to just closed, the app but not sign out. The problem started after I did sign out, then logged back on the app, that was the first time the error message popped up, and it's been that way since then. It seems to me they should probably check that update. I also notice my phone is not on their list of supported devices, Samsung Galaxy S7 Active.

Hello everyone, please refrain to post direct links or instructions to download apk files as we cannot guarantee such files or sites might be harmful malware, for the same reason we do not recommend to do this as they aren't allowed on this forum.

Hi Roberto,
As you are reading all the comments, you can see lots of Fitbit users having issues. Will you have an update for them? Is there a fix in the works?
Thanks!
Best AnswerYet another victim.
What is the holdup on a resolution fit bit? It's clear from this string alone you've got a lot of customers waiting and getting frustrated.
Can we rollback to an earlier version because my Blaze and app were doing fine before?
Cheers
I am having the same problem. The old app wasn't updating my sleep, so I "uninstalled" and "reinstalled" the latest version on my Samsung Galaxy 4. I use WiFi at home or the cell service. When I try to log in, it says the Fitbit.com is down for maintenance. I have turned the phone off and turned it back on. Nothing works.
